So important is the material or fabric of men's underwear that it lead two entrepreneurs to select materials considered appropriate and desirable for their target audience while stimulating their ideas to begin a new inspiration to this billion dollar market segmentation.
In fact, the production of fiber and fabric has grown to such importance in the men's underwear arena that the primary suppliers and makers of trimmings have reached newly founded celebrity status within the fashion business. Each style is offered in a boxer brief and brief. The founders started their journey in when they realized how impossible it was to find a pair of underwear that worked with you, not against you.

We believe Millennials and Gen Z customers are looking for a brand that drives experiences and delivers content, not one that targets them with advertising. Traditional online performance marketing being a part, we believe this organic, direct and personal engagement is a more sustainable and genuine way to build our customer base. Bamboo is super soft, extremely breathable, moisture wicking, and reduces bacteria growth, which reduces bad odors. We found, for example, that many men have issues with conventional pouch cuts - they are too flat! Another key finding we had was that all men dislike care labels at the back. Tags are itchy and prints wash out. But they are compulsory.
We developed a special label fabric that is easily tearable, leaving no marks after removal. JD: If you could choose one celebrity to wear your brand, who would it be and why?
We feel this is entirely in line with our personal and brand values. JD: Talk to Forbes about how technology-aided you in the development of your brand both product make-up and e-commerce? We decided to use this technology to cultivate an inclusive community and this really is the backbone of our brand. We used this technology — social media and a smartphone in every pocket — to connect with thousands of men around the world.
We then identified the issue that men were facing and then used the same tools to develop a design solution. Co-creating the products and borderless communication with people from around the world was entirely enabled by technology.
We are now taking this one step further and developing a radically new, proprietary tool that allows men to co-create new solutions, exchange ideas and solve challenges within the fashion industry. The tool is currently in development stage and we are looking to launch the Beta version soon. Technology has also enabled us to grow sales in a distributed, co-creational way.
We invested in technology with which we can now onboard any reseller instantly. This can be a large wholesaler, a boutique or an individual person. We only need an email address. They can then offer our products to their customers, getting a very interesting margin without any minimum order quantities - the orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment system and shipped to the reseller or directly to the customer.
